Watches and Warnings

Last night local forecasters were predicting dangerous storms, and lots of tornadic activity. Thankfully they were getting the word out hours before the storms actually hit. It was a little nerve racking knowing that the "Storm Trackers/Tornado Chasers" from the Discovery Channel were in town. But we were ready. And once we heard the sirens from Eastman, we knew a tornado or funnel cloud was close. Too close.

So, here we are, all of us piled up in the hall way watching live streaming of Mark Scirto on the Laptop. Goodtimes;) Tornados scare me to death! But. I kept my cool... In front of the kids anyway:) and thankfully the funnel cloud went back up into the clouds and the storms passed over us quickly and we were all in bed at a decent time! Thank you Jesus, for keeping us safe last night. My thoughts and prayers are with the people in Tennessee and Alabama today.

"Be on guard. Stand firm in the faith. Be courageous. Be strong."
1 Corinthians 16:13

  1. Seems many people were aware enough to take pictures. You are so good. I was getting distractions for baby K, and did not think of the camera.

    We are so blessed!
