Patience & Teamwork

This weekend we all worked together to put our new swing together.

First it was Daddy, Caden, Grace and myself working on this project.

Well about 10 minutes later Jared joined us. Just by looking at the next few pictures you will be able to tell how Caden felt about this ;)

Not too excited, but he was kind enough to let Jared help. You better do it right Jared, you have Caden's eyes watching you...hehe! For years... outside projects have not been something Jared enjoys, it's more like a chore for him. But he has recently taken an interest in outside projects just in the last 6 months.

So to help keep "The Peace" in our home, Jared put the nuts, bolts and washers on one side of the swing...

and Caden got to do the other side.

This worked well with them, it was a good lesson on patience and teamwork.

All done!

Daddy took this sweet picture of me and my boys sleeping on the swing. Can you see me?.. Oh those boys love to snuggle. I will enjoy it now because this may not last too much longer. :(
